Exchange programme 2008
In 2008, the HOPE Exchange Programme has been organised for the 27th time. The traditional HOPE Exchange Programme started on April 28 and ended on May 30, 2008.
An evaluation meeting for participants of the HOPE Exchange Programme, combined with a conference took place in Paris (France) from May 28 until May 30, 2008 on the issue of  "Improving continuity of care: the role of IT"
The group who went to  Denmark won the first prize offered for the best presentation. The second prize was won by the participants who stayed in The Netherlands . The third one was awarded to the hospital professionals who stayed in The United Kingdom. |
