HOPE hub HOPE hub consists in a small group of hospitals, each of them from a different country committed to work together, meeting and exchanging on comparative issues under HOPE umbrella. HOPE hub is a hospital top management meeting. For that purpose the Chief Executive Officers or members of the top management are invited to take part to the meeting, bringing with them experts from their hospital that change depending on the topic of the meeting. The topic for the meetings is agreed by the participants and the country that organizes the meeting proposes the agenda on the agreed topic. At the moment the countries involved into the project are the following:
