HOPE and patient safety
Patient Safety has been defined by the World Health Organization as freedom for a patient from unnecessary harm or potential harm associated with healthcare. HOPE is then promoting collaborative health care between professionals and health care providers and co-operation with patients and relatives. Projects Supporting several initiatives in this field, HOPE was also involved in the SIMPaTIE project and led one of the core activities, medication safety, in the EUNetPaS project.
