Structure

HOPE consists of a Board of Governors, a President's Committee, a Central Office, Working Parties and Liaison Officers.

Constitution

The Extraordinary Plenary Assembly of November 29, 2004 in Berlin adopted the new constitution and HOPE - Standing Committee of the Hospitals of the European Union became HOPE - European Hospital and Healthcare Federation.
